What happened?

Still some issues with the WorkOrderCell component:

Use Date instead of moment
Simplify the component, remove unnecessary props and logic.
- rename the workOrder prop to workOrderId
- Add new prop, workOrderType
- remove the symbolDirection prop. Symbols should only be displayed in column
