Deploy platform in US South Central #220

Omnia carve out for the US is in the South Central location. To use Radix, we need to be able to deploy to this location to avoid regulatory issues, save on egress cost and minimize latency.

We have started investigating different scenarios for how this can be done. We'll report back on findings and conclusions within 2 weeks

We have researched different solutions on how to provide Radix platform in the US, and have landed on a dedicated cluster and DNS in the US region.

We will run a PoC from next week until Christmas, involving teams in US, and see than assess how we move forward

Radix is now available in US South Central as a PoC. An evaluation will be performed during January if US cluster should be supported permanently by Radix team and participants of the PoC
