This update finally allows us to unpin the Alpine version used in the Docker image.

This PR closes https://github.com/equinor/vds-slice/issues/78.

I just saw that Snyk mentions a new (medium severity) vulnerability in one of the Go modules. We could add a commit to update the Go modules to this PR. Please let me know if I should add such a commit. 😄
