Added distribution track and legend. Distribution will eventually support interpolation, but will only display as discrete for now.

Other notes:

Bumped version to 0.10.0
Updated @rollup/plugin-node-resolve
Updated legend-helper with better logic for centering
Added script to package.json to run storybook from main project folder: "npm run storybook"
