komodo version #37

Internally in Equinor, https://github.com/equinor/komodo is used to deploy software. If we detect that komodo is used, should we add a comment in generated portable app which komodo release it was built with?

I suggest to have a file in the portable folder called komodo_version.txt or something like that (at the same level as webviz_app.py and the storage and assets folders). As easy as possible to spot, and with limited confusion of what the file might contain.
