Removed global dash loading class #52

The global loading icon is blocking the whole application even though it might only be a single component reloading. By removing this class, each single component can have its own loading state.

I think we can then also delete the file https://github.com/equinor/webviz-config-equinor/blob/master/webviz_config_equinor/assets/equinor_logo_animation.gif as it is only used in the CSS loading class.

Other than that, LGTM! 🙂👍
