Module documentation

We currently have a small ❔ button on some of the modules, giving a quick explanation of the module. We might want to prioritize expanding this since pilot assets/fields/users are increasingly testing it out.

Features useful to add when expanding module documentation:

• Showing module state (is it mature, can/is user testing suggested, should it only be used by developers for testing...)
• Changelog?
• Explanation of what it does (this we have today).
• List of data requirements (e.g. ERT forward models) which needs to be exported by FMU in order for the module to work.

Some users are confused above the way ❔ button works today (since you need to hover over it for some time, and not click). They report nothing happens when they click on the question mark. Change UX on how to get module documentation?
