Possibility to sort wells in `WellCompletion` chronologically (after when they appear) #627

Currently the only option is alphabetically sorting on well name.

Add an option to sort the wells in the plot based on when they are to be entered for the first time?

Might be a development task related to webviz-subsurface-components where the component lives.
