Allow comparison of Inplace Volumetrics Tables with unequal identifiers

User feedback: should be able to compare two tables even if one of the tables has more identifiers than the other.

QUESTIONS:

Should we allow unequal tables across ensembles?
Should we allow comparing tables where none of the identifier values are equal?
Should we allow comparison of unequal tables across cases, or stick within a case and then allow intersection?

Atleast one identifier must have equal identifier values. Should allow comparison across ensembles and cases.
