Fix incorrect categorization of discrete parameters in back-end

Discrete parameters are categorized in back-end.

As of now it does not work correctly due to check column == pa.string which is missing the callable () operator.
Nor does it categorize numerical discrete parameters.
- Suggestion: Place all parameters with integer values as a discrete value
