Restrucured directory sturcture.
Edited Dockerfile according to Python Docker documentation.
Container runs main.py, which again runs shortest_path_random_walk.py in env.
shortest_path_random_walk.py is not latest version, needs update from dev-branch branch.
Because of docker, gui does not appear. This needs to be fixed.
