Remove all `XTGeoDialog.warndeprecated` for xtgeo 4.0 #1088

There are a couple of deprecations laying around that are deprecated with the XTGeoDialog.warndeprecated. They should be removed for XTGeo 4.0.

This deprecation applies to the following:

mask argument in GridProperties.get_ijk()
mask argument in GridProperties.get_actnum()
mask argument in GridProperty.get_actnum()
mask argument in Grid.get_actnum()
mask argument in Grid.get_dz()
mask argument in Grid.get_ijk()
mask argument in Grid.get_xyz()
onelayergrid argument in Grid.report_zone_mismatch()
colortable argument in RegularSurface.quickplot()
