Doesn't distinguish "Nothing" and "Not set" slots #42

The plugin doesn't seem to have a way of persisting "Nothing" and "Not set" slots correctly.

When restarting the client, any "Nothing" slots are changed into "Not set" slots. When loading an outfit from an outfit file, "Not set" slots are changed into "Nothing" slots.

Observed in 1.1.12
