[x] Settings should have a button somewhere to save settings out as a theme
[ ] If the script returns 500 - probably because Playfair is not deployed to a server, detect that and offer to save to/load from hard drive instead

There's just too much stuff that doesn't work if you don't deploy Playfair to a server. Running it directly off your desktop just doesn't make much sense now and I don't really want to support it.
