different axes for small multiples? #288

this would basically let you create side by side graphs. Maybe cool but there are some serious problems - first how would custom axes be set on a per graph basis? Second how would x/y labels be set on a per graph basis?

the interface for this is around - just uncomment in graphfunc and playfair.html

this is pretty essential for bar graphs where the multiples are categories - see for example Nisha's volatility bars where you don't want all categories represented in each multiple. There are other ways to fake this but it just kinda makes sense to do this with small multiples
