It currently says:

Node Identification Extension Object MUST NOT be added in any other cases.

When adding the Node Identification Extension Object, the translator MUST include the IP Address Sub-Object containing the original IPv6 source address of the packet, and MUST NOT include any other Sub-Objects.

I'm not sure we should say this… if someone finds good reasons to add extensions for packets, why not? The text is forbidding things that don't really have anything to do with what the purpose of the draft is

Ah, I guess I copied it from the text Bill proposed for his draft. But you are right, let's remove it. I'll fix it in a second.
