added setting for auto-select stream, also context menus for stream/highlights

I added a setting that allows users to skip the "Choose Stream" dialog -- it just auto-selects the favorite team's feed if available, or the home/national feed.

Since enabling that option would leave highlights inaccessible, I added a context menu item for getting to the highlights too.
