Added a special list item that continuously loads the highest leverage active live game.
Credit to @jakecar for the leverage index / game switching code in https://github.com/jakecar/plugin.video.mlbbasesloaded
The delay for switching games is customizable in the settings -- default is zero delay but you can increase it to 10 or 20 seconds if you feel like it is switching away from games too early.
