further fix stream padding + Big Inning schedule

On Windows with stream padding enabled to hide timeline spoilers, the video stream proxy was stalling when alternate audio streams were added. Proxying the alternate audio streams fixed it.

The Big Inning schedule scraping required an update to function for the new season.

Also, I sorted the minor league affiliates list for easier future comparison.
