updated autoplay functionality #70

remove autoplay of favorite team+stream from main entry point, and alow repeated autoplay from a new entry point

I support the goal here, although I have another approach in mind, one that might satisfy https://github.com/eracknaphobia/plugin.video.mlbtv/issues/68 too. I'll try to share something soon.

Sounds good, I mainly wanted to share this as an example in case any of it was useful. I like the idea of a message showing up (modal or otherwise) when there is no autoplay stream available.
