Population size probability given n detection

Could integrate the probability of N population size given n detections logic in the POA primer into the app. Would add a panel (or new tab) that lets the user enter a number of detections and a target confidence level an returns the N <= Y estimate using the n detections and the system-level sensitivity calculated by the tool.
