Fishing

As of right now, fishing is not enabled on the server. Need to get a full list of things this affects, but here's some that come to mind.

Crafting - particularly cooking and alchemy

• Potentially create a custom shop for fish

San d'Oria 3-2

• Could honestly disable this mission it's both optional and pointless

PLD AF2

• Possibly create a custom point that checks if the player is on the quest and spawn the mob instead of having to fish it up

• Secret of the Damp Scroll
• Like a Shining Subligar
• Like Shining Leggins
