The quest works up until you're required to get a keyitem, Mique's Paintbrush. Obtaining said keyitem is supposed to be from a Zvahl coffer with the quest active. Next, the quest does not progress even if you manually add said keyitem. The NPCs dialogues do not change and the quest no longer updates.
