"Remove All" button in Mute settings #775

Hi there!

I use BTDeck's "Hide Tweet" feature pretty often, but this results in a LOT of muted tweets in tweetdeck's settings, over time. I believe i have observed a drop in reliability of tweetdeck's Mute feature, so i sometimes want to empty the list.

The problem is that tweetdeck's default Mute settings only allows to remove them one by one, which incurs a feed reload for every one of them, which means it is excuciatingly annoying to do on long lists of hundreds of items (not to mention very unreliable, as even after emptying the list entirely, sometimes reloading tweedeck might reveal that a sizeable portion of the list is back in there).

I would love if you would be able to provide an additional button to remove them all at once, if at all possible?

I have attempted to see if i could find a function call to call in the console maybe, but have failed to find anything useful.

I consider Better TweetDeck to be in a feature freeze state due to the impending release of the newer TweetDeck and will instead shift my focus to building an alternative client. As such, I'm marking this issue as closed for the time being. See the following issue for details #848
