At boot up - An error has occured. Please eject the disk.... #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On Bootup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see the error immediately after bootup and straight after the initial setup 
of the wii nand. Interestingly enough if I remove the DI it works fine. If I 
press 1 on mote quick enough I can see the DI menu but the error takes over and 
stops the console.

What revision are you using? With what configuration
(SNEEK/UNEEK/SNEEK+DI)?
UNEEK+DI 125

Please provide any additional information below.
