Creating base system from donor booted ostree will preserve the same kernel and other possible changes commited to the donor OStree

Finally resolved all the issues I found:

If the final commit has a basecommit, we need to create (and import) both commits in the recipient ostree
Starting from 4.13, we can use ostree container image deploy instead of importing + deploying
Handled kernel args
