Sweep: modify the main loop so language selection will be a state #32

Main menu should be:

  1. Change user - this option should change the user. The default user name is "default".
  2. Select language - this option should change the language. Default language is "English"
  3. Practice - enter a practice mode
  4. Show statistics - show the statistics
  5. Exit

Apply unit testing Modify README file accordingly.
