[Bug]: Crashes while trying to scan for compilers #3281

What happened?

Codelite crashes/locks up every time I try to scan for compilers during the setup wizard.

Other

Operating system

macOS

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Code Lite
2. Run set up wizard
3. Choose C/C++ Development, click next
4. Click Scan for installe compilers.

Freezes

I do have G++ installed.

Relevant log output
