autokey.pid "sticky" - blocks running autokey after logout/reboot #307

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start AutoKey
2. Logout or shutdown
3. Restart and Autokey will not start

I expect to be able to start Autokey after logging out or rebooting. Instead, I
get an error that says Autokey is already running.

I find that ~/.config/autokey has a file named autokey.pid that does not get
deleted upon logout or rebooting. If I QUIT Autokey, the .pid file disappears
as does the problem.

So, I either kill the supposedly running task so I can start Autokey.

Help > About tells me it's AutoKey Version 0.71.2 Using KDE Development
Platform 4.8.5.

I am running Xubuntu 12.04
