For some reason, this fixes Janet support #143 I think it's because filetype is not set early

Putting hook inside plug config is very inconsistent

I would suggest abandoning plug.kak, and removing it from the project's readme entirely. I no longer maintain plug.kak, and unsure when it will break if it hasn't already.
