Are factsheets always in PDF? @erasmus-without-paper/wp2

I think that the answer is NO, but if someone doesn't agree, please comment. I will allow server developers to specify any factsheet URL, or even a couple of them (in different languages).

I think there is a high likelihood that the document would be shared as a Microsoft Word document, which should make any kind of parsing difficult.

I agree but on the other hand we should discourage HEIs from using any other formats than PDF

Sending either PDF or URL.

To sum up:

• We will strongly encourage HEIs to provide factsheet documents in either:
  • PDF format, or
  • as a working public HTML website.
• We will not deny providing it in other formats too. Some clients might be able to decipher those.
