In v0.3.0 I have incorrectly assumed (e.g. here and here) that the Tables mentioned in EUF PDF LA template meet these "rules": A+A2=C, and B+B2=D. Our IRO explains that it is not true. The correct interpretation is that Table C corresponds to our ToRs API, and Table D doesn't have any matching entity in EWP (and, as far as I know, doesn't need to have, at this point).
