I think that in the case of scenarios 1 and 3, the fragment about cancellation the mobility should be a separate scenario. But I do not insist on it.
And in the case of scenarios 2 and 4, I disagree with the last sentence which says that after the rejection the negotiation is finished. Negotiations can go on for a long time, and after a series of rejections they can end positively when the sending HEI finally meets the requirements of receiving HEI. I think it's very important.
The scenarios/cases are only relevant for communication with the Dashboard/Erasmus+ app EWP partner.
We had similar conventions in the LAs scenarios/cases (i.e. rejection), and we didn't have a problem there.
Added a PDF file with the Use Cases and Scenarios that detail the interactions between the Sending HEI and the Receiving HEI, under the assumption that one them is being represented by the Dashboard. The 4 XML files are also provided in the /src/xml directory.
