Make learning-outcomes-url a list #14

Having this a single entry would force every server to implement a "single course list for given mobilityId" feature if it wants to support this feature.

Having this a list, or even as part of component would allow to link each course individually, which I think is a much more widespread usecase already implemented by many HEIs.

This is not very much a matter for discussion. This is element of the official LA template published by EC.

Oh, that's what this is. Nevermind the change-request then.

Should this be a link like https://my.hei.com/learning-outcomes?omobility_id=123456 where it lists the individual courses or is this just a plain https://my.hei.com/course-catalog where I can search for stuff? Documentation is kind of inconclusive there and the link to relevant information in the template is as vague as it can be.

It depends on what the university has at its disposal in this regard. If it is possible to indicate more detailed information, that's great, but often this field is very troublesome for the student, so a link to the entire course catalogue is entered there.
