Language competence seems to have been silently dropped from the Template #16

If you compare the current v3 Template-PDF on https://wiki.uni-foundation.eu/display/EWP/New+LA+template with the v2 version (available here https://wiki.uni-foundation.eu/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=1149744&preview=/1149418/1149419/New%20Online%20Learning%20Agreement%20template_for%20information.pdf) it seems that Language competence box under General information was silently dropped by the latest change.

Half an hour ago it was changed again - twice - again without changelog. It seems it is back, but fixed to English now...

Nevermind, it is (or at least seems to be) back to what it was on v2.
