Loading geoJSON files and presenting them as a layer over the map.

Please elaborate how it should work/look

I think that an open file button that will allow browsing local files and upload it.

We should see how to integrate it (in the future) with the linnovate team such that the geojson will be saved in this context and will be loaded from the server, but again it is a future feature. lets not focus on it now.
