Randomizer wont Stop Randomizing the Types. #8

Okay so its working just fine. EXCEPT when I try to play with just random 
pokemon, NOT random types. EXAMPLE: Slakoth is GHOST type wtf... even when I 
specifically select random types unchanged, and even when I load the balanced 
QS. No avail.

I have exacly the same problem. My gastly had a ground/electric type. Tried 
multiple time and i'm sure it was set at unchanged.

Unsure what's up with this problem or if anyone else is having it. I have 
personally randomized many, many ROMs without type randomization and the types 
stay unchanged.

I'm having the exact same issue. Randomises types even when specifically told 
not to on my FireRed game
