Program: Need to document protocol

There are only 4 commands:

• status - open or closed, faulted, ADC thresholds and values
• open - opens shutter, but only if not faulted
• close - closes shutter
• clear - AKs fault
• help - list of commands. Might need updating
• hello - traditional greeting.
