Auto 100% consistency combo fails halfway through #144

The 100% consistency combo appears to fail mid-cast. Most recently, it seems to have halted while planting whiskerbloom in the garden, probably because the bank didn't have enough cookies to plant whiskerbloom in every garden plot. The combo halted there, and settings had to be restored manually. Skipping to the next step in the combo if the bank doesn't have enough to plant another whiskerbloom seems like it would fix this.

I'm going to look at this at some point. Not entirely sure what the best way to handle it is.
