revise Batutulis.xml #6

change the file name to BatuTulis.xml (with camel case)
carefully study all my comments in the file, and remove them one by one after applying my instructions
let me know when the file is ready to for me to check it again

I have revised BatuTulis as your corrections. Please check. Once you agree, I will continue with Huludayeuh and Kawali. Many thanks before.

I have checked the file and added new comments. Although we have to wait for a decision on whether to encode unwritten nasals in our XML editions, and if so, how to do it (see my comment in EG under 6.1), I think you can already move forward and revised Huludayeuh and Kawali.
