Why not 'Forhead Mark'?
It's clearer now, as in verse 126 we encounter "aṇḍəṅ-aṇḍəṅ," the Javanese or Old Javanese term for a skin blemish, and there it also mentions "tilaka." Perhaps "paḍaṅ-paḍiṅ" is another way to describe the mark, specifically on the forehead. I have come to the conclusion that "paḍaṅ-paḍiṅ" refers to wild cinnamon, primarily because "tamālapattra" and "tilaka" are listed as Indian names for Wild Cinnamon in Quattrochi (p. 956–957). However, I will consider the option you suggested and include my previous interpretation in the comments of the translation, along with your interpretation on "tamālapattrabhū."
Still, I don't think think that we should have tiga here, so I suggest rejecting the J2 reading.
So, do you think it is just 'leaf' in heading? The word tridala in Tigaron and in Pañcatattvaprakāśa will be mentioned in the comments in my future translation.

I don't know where you get the meaning 'wild cinnamon'. Why not 'Forhead Mark'? Can you find paḍaṅ-paḍiṅ in any Javanese dictionary? What about paṇḍaṅ-paṇḍiṅ? Any connectioon with OJED paṇḍəṅ? If none of that leads anywhere, maybe we should think of a loanword from Skt. puṇḍra? See parallels below.

The word tridala is use in the Tigaron inscription (the one from Candi Kimpulan that hyou studied in 2015!) as synonym of tiga ron, and I find one kośa that includes tridala:

If you can find any botanical resource allowing to match the botanical identifications of the Sanskrit and the Javanese terms, then you can remove the highlighting. According to OJED, the spelling paṇḍakaki with p is to be preferred, and I think you should accept p, although m is also attested in other latish texts like Navaruci (anaṅgāvak: maṇḍakaki).
