The use of : is only prescribed for transliteration, while in a title the relevant form of Romanization is transcription, so you should choose whether you Sanskritize (Śikṣā) or Indonesianize (Siksa)
The new template (version 2) has made handDesc available, so you can ask @ajaniak 's help to modify your teiHeader, or copy the relevant parts template v2 yourself, so that you can start filling in contents of handDesc in proper manner.
