The use of : is only prescribed for transliteration, while in a title the relevant form of Romanization is transcription, so you should choose whether you Sanskritize (Śikṣā) or Indonesianize (Siksa)
The new template (version 2) has made handDesc available, so you can ask @ajaniak 's help to modify your teiHeader, or copy the relevant parts template v2 yourself, so that you can start filling in contents of handDesc in proper manner.

52, 54. It doesn't matter much, but there is no reason to leave such blank lines.

Instead of <g type="symbol" subtype="A-Alike"/>, <g type="symbol" subtype="Sa-Alike"/>,<g type="symbol" subtype="A-Alike"/>, why not simply //,0,//?

41 handDesc: please add a line on the subject of whether placement of layar is normally in Indian or in Indonesian mode.

41 handDesc: please add a line about the variant shapes of ulu (double dot) and pepet (triple dot)

57 It has been decided in EG version 1 that all values of @n inside an edition must be unique. This means that you should number 1v1, 1v2, 1v3, 1v4, 2r1, etc.

66 When <space type="binding-hole"/> stands in a locus where you'd normally insert an editorial space, then we need editorial spaces before and after <space/> — see EG 8.1

69 about <fw>:

the value of @space is not compliant with the table on p. 26 in EG 3.3. the value should be "left".
the value of @n should be a simple number, so "2"

72 sr̥inika: you may want to take a note of this unusual combination -r̥i; according to TG 3.3.5, you are allowed but not obliged to represent such a combination as -r̥=i.

The teiHeader is not yet satisfactory. I wish you were more perfectionistic...

because the indication "Work: by" is undesirable, you should hide <msContents>
the list of items in <handDesc> should use the <list> format and the information under History should be replaced by something adequate.
make sure you also check your other diplomatic editions

@arlogriffiths, Do you wish to change the elements taken into account for the display? I have been very broad about it since not all files are encoded with the same details regarding metadata.
