Reference Implementation Suggestions

This PR implements the following suggestions based on feedback from ETH Magicians:

seed argument that is used for account address computation
initData argument that gets called against the deployed account during creation
supportsInterface call to verify account interface happens after account creation and initialization
nonce public getter method on the account interface
Migrated account creation bytecode from an EIP-1167 proxy to an EIP-1967 proxy to allow for optional upgradability and greater ecosystem compatibility
Use Nick's Factory for deployment to allow compatibility with networks that strictly enforce EIP-155
