This is a PR to test various cases with 2D and 3D scorec reconstruction with adaptivity and gauge compatibility. These are meant to be run with the zhanga/update_adapt branch of proteus.
Note: for the floating bar case, the velocityNodalError does not seem to be defined and therefore cannot adapt with the "isotropic" sfConfig option.
