8 months ago I have the same problem. Never got the app to work. When I try within the iPhone Homey app, hitting the "Save changes" button after inputting the IP and device name of the Innova AC, nothing happens. When I try on my.homey.app and do the same thing, nothing happens as well. The "Save changes" button can't even be pressed?

8 months ago Can you guys double check that the innova device is reachable with the original innova app? Can you control it with the innova app?

8 months ago Hi Roy – I control my 4 Innova AC’s in the office via an EWPE Smart app which controls them just fine over Wi-Fi. I don’t believe I tried the original Innova app, but will be happy to give it a shot Monday and return.

8 months ago Hi Roy.
My A/C’s work with the EWPE app, just as they work with the Gree app (which seems to be the same app, just re-branded, btw). The Innova app never worked for me – it doesn’t find any appliances in the automatic search, and in the manual search it says that I should connect to some networks that has a syntax which is not similar to my devices.

Ik probeer de Innova te koppelen met de Homey. Nadat ik het ip adres heb ingevoerd doet de knop opslaan het niet; en dus de Innova niet verbinden. Weet iemand de oplossing?
