Fix PawnKindDef.fixedGender being ignored #66

I tested if it works. I haven't tested if it conflicts with anything, as I don't know what should i test.

I did a quick test myself with the use cases from #61, and it seemed to work fine for me. I haven't noticed any other issues that could have arose as a consequence of this change.

I'm seeing that the source already contains this fix. So I'm closing this PR.
