Different output for same input video #8

Hi! I am getting different outputs for the same webcam video recording after running it multiple times. Please can you explain the reason?

I can't think of any explanation. There isn't anything stochastic in the used opencv functionality that I'm aware of.

You can check in the graphs if there's a reliable signal. If the video is compressed with anything more modern than MPEG2 then there's generally no signal left.
