tsip_message_parser do not parse message with Cyrillic content.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Send test message to Sipml5 client,  with body: "Тестовое 
сообщение" without quotes and recieve "null".
For sending message to Sipml5, i'm using "Asterisk 11" and "Csipsimple" with 
same result <null>.

With English symbols all works fine. From Csipsimple to Csipsimple messages 
with Cyrillic symbols works fine too.  

Use:
1. Google Chrome  26.0.1410.64 m and 32.0.1670.2 canary Aura. 
2. Sipml5 Checked out revision 213
3. Asterisk 11.4

Expectation receive messages in Sipml5 with Cyrillic symbols.  But i receive 
<null>.
