Readings with purpose_id's 98 and 111 are not currently used #96

Readings for purposes where sensor_info.appliance='Other-calculated' also not used/not that important right now.

it's okay if they're missing from Lonoa
Eileen is not sure how those purposes are inserting new readings
- might be a postgres database subroutine?

After looking at scrape-util's config files here, these purposes' readings seem to be generated by scrape-util summing and/or subtracting multiple webctrl sensors.
