Standalone mode will allow to launch Galène-stream with a WebSocket server. This allow a web page to do signalling and show the GStreamer output.

[x] Add WebSocket server
[x] Create a demo HTML page
[ ] Dynamically create (and remove) webrtcbin when clients connect (and disconnect)
